FAQs

Do you gift wrap items?

All Marimo Moss Ball Terrariums are packaged in a gift box, then placed in a box for shipping, please see listing for details.

All pins, socks and hats are neatly wrapped in tissue paper and put into their corresponding shipping bags or boxes for shipping.

All live plants are carefully packaged to avoid damage to the plant and may be shipped in recycled packaging.

If you would like something different, please let me know!

What shoe sizes do your socks fit?

S/M fits:
US Women's 5-10 shoe size
US Men's 5-8.5 shoe size
 
M/L fits:
US Women's 9.5-13 shoe size

70% combed cotton

What is your shipping policy?

Please triple check your address before placing your order, unfortunately once the package is shipped out, I am unable to change the delivery address.

Domestic
 **Please note, due to COVID-19, USPS is currently experiencing a higher than average volume of packages which might delay your package arrival slightly. Please be aware!**

Live plants: All live plant orders (excluding Mossy Baby Terrariums) will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority. USPS states that it takes an average of 1-3 days for Priority Mail. If you have not your received your order and it has been 8 days or more, please contact me and I will help track it down.

I will package every plant with love and care and do everything on my end to make sure the plant gets to you safely. It is normal if a plant has minor cosmetic dings and scratches due to transit. However, if anything were to happen in transit that causes extreme damage to the plant, please make sure to take photos/videos of the packaging, wrapping and plant and save everything so we can work together on an insurance claim. Without documentation, we are unable to file a claim with USPS.

Please note that I am not responsible for any weather damage to a plant. Please check the weather in your area and reconsider purchasing if you are experiencing extreme weather conditions. I offer heat packs that you can add on to your order if your area is experiencing frost.

I do not accept returns on plants, but please contact me within 24 hours of your plant arriving if there are any issues with the plant. I will examine each situation on a case by case basis.


Non-live plants (including Mossy Baby Terrariums): All non-live plant related items ship within 3-7 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service), Monday through Friday, and all orders include tracking. USPS states that it takes an average of 3-6 days for First Class Mail and 1-3 days for Priority Mail. If you have not your received your order and it has been 10 days or more, please contact us and we will help track it down.
 
International

I do not ship live plants internationally at this time.

We ship all international orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) within 1-7 business days and all orders include tracking. USPS states that it takes up to 4 weeks for First Class and 2 weeks with Priority Mail. If you have not your received your order and it has been 4 weeks or more, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Live plants: I do not accept returns on plants, but please contact me within 24 hours of your plant arriving if there are any issues with the plant. I will examine each situation on a case by case basis.

Non-live plant (including Mossy Baby Terrariums): Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for non-live plant related items if you experience any issues with your order. We will do our best to ensure a timely resolution and will issue refunds on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately theft is not covered by shipping insurance and I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after an order has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
